We are honored to announce that Sap Chapel Maple Syrup is an Exclusive Essential ingredient in the sauce used to break 2 world records for Chicken Wing Sales. Weitzels Wings aka "Double Dubs" from Laramie WY recently broke the world record for most wings sold in an 8 hour period, then followed it up by selling over 48,000 chicken wings in a 24 hour period thus Shattering that World Record as well. Everyone of those 48,083 wings had a small blessing from our little Sap Chapel here in Clarksburg, NY!

 We strive to make the finest maple syrup within our means and to share the experience with our friends, family and neighbors.

Of particular interest is the immersive experience we can provide to our younger friends. The process of producing maple syrup is a fantastic way to trick kids into falling in love with Science Technology Engineering and Math - all while getting meaningful exercise and fresh air during the months we'd otherwise be stuck indoors.   

.We enjoy an intimate relationship with our woods. Unlike the modern industrial sized sugar makers we are running our 700 tap operation with a minimum environmental  impact and low carbon footprint.
